We have worked with this guide and outfitter for years.  This is a great winter or summer hunting trip. We will arrange your hunt on a number of beautiful hill country ranches. One of these ranches is over 40,000 acres and produces Gold Metal animals consistently. Of course, the price for high scoring animals sometimes is higher. They also offer super exotics such as, Eland, Waterbuck, Sable, Gemsbok , Red Sheep, Addax, Barasinga. If you want a truly fair chase hunt and are looking for the unusual or that African animal without going to Africa, we can arrange it.

We also offer some very excellent hunts on other ranches that range from several thousand acres to six hundred acres. These hunts are great off, season hunting trips. There are 12,000 Axis Deer in Kerr County and they rut in July and August. This is a hunt every bit as much fun as hunting Whitetail in the rut and a great way to get ready for archery season. Axis Deer make a beautiful trophy. There are, more Black Buck in Texas than in Pakistan. Fly to San Antonio, rent a car and drive to Ingram, Texas.

TEXAS INTRODUCTORY EXOTIC HUNT

We would like to introduce more hunters in North America to some of our fine Texas ranches. We also want to have a hunt that is sufficiently reduced in price so that a father can take three or four children on a hunt without it costing him an arm and a leg. This hunt is conducted on a very nice ranche. Lodge has 20 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, Indoor & outdoor skinning room, walk-in cooler, skeet range, 22 Cal. silhouette range, sight in bench, and a track running deer target. All of this is available for you and your friends call and book today. You are allowed one ram, Corsican, Black Hawaiian, Texas Dall, Mouflon, or Catalina Goat depending on availability. Quality of these animals changes during the course of the year. Again, greatly dependent on availability. It includes guide fee, and trophy fee and 1 ? days hunting. TEXAS RANCH HUNT

Stay on the ranch great hunt 

to take your wife or family on!!!

We have located a very nice ranch that has had very little pressure for the last four years. There has, in fact, been less than a hand full of trophies taken off the ranch in that period of time. We visited the ranch in July of 1996 and liked the ranch house very much.

The game we saw was abundant and a lot of big trophies. If you would like a pure Mouflon Sheep, or if you want a trophy Axis, Blackbuck, Sika, Ibex, Aoudad and Elk, they are on this ranch. We expect to send six to ten hunters a year to the ranch, and are the only ones offering these hunts.

The ranch is 2,400 acres with some rolling hills and valleys. There are open fields and plenty of cover to make your hunt a challenge. Living and sleeping quarters are in two buildings. The main ranch house has a kitchen, living room and fireplace with two double beds. The adjoining building has four more rooms with two double beds to a room. Lodging, meals and pickup at the San Antonio airport is $90 optional. $35 license is extra.

Allow two days for the first animal and one additional day for each animal after that.

TENNESSEE EXOTICS

Over the years I have had a lot of fun hunting Exotics in the off-season. Until recently, I felt the only place to do this was in Texas. These were the only ranches big enough to make the hunt a challenge. These hunts give you a chance to hunt additional species not normally found in North America. Most preserves in the east are 100 to 200 acres in size with very little rough terrain. This is OK if you don't have much time to travel, or you are new to hunting.

In Tennessee, you are hunting over 1,100 acres with some tremendous Fallow and Sika Deer, also, Rams and Boar. You stay in a cedar, rustic lodge equipped to handle 20 hunters. The price includes three home cooked meals a day.

All harvested animals will be transferred to a local butcher shop and taxidermist for processing. The best part about this hunt is you pay a fee for three days and deduct that fee from your total trophy fee bill at the conclusion. A great hunt for the price.

Aoudad Sheep are originally from North Africa, where they are becoming very scarce. They were released in the Davies Mountains in 1948. The mountains of West Texas are much like the Sheep's former range and the Aoudad's have flourished there.

Aoudad Sheep are extremely wary - hunting them is much like Desert Sheep hunting. The mountains that you will hunt are very rugged, with peaks over 7,000 feet. This hunt involves long hours of glassing and strenuous hikes in the high desert mountains. We hunt large, private ranches in the Davies, Glass and Chianati Mountains. In the 97, 98, 99, 00, and 01 season we were 100% successful. We use a couple of different outfitters and this is a hunt we personally have not been on.
