Most hunts, a 50% deposit books a hunt. Unless booking more then one year out then a 10% deposit is needed one year from date of the 40% is due balance 60 days. Reserving a big game hunt is only a phone call away! Deposits are non-refundable, but under certain circumstances, I will apply it to another hunt. No guarantees expressed or implied as to the success of your hunt, but we will work hard to make your hunt a successful and enjoyable experience, and hope you will use our services again.

Most hunts license fees, meat plant charges, motel bills and taxidermy work are client's expense and are not included in these fees. All fees are per person. Any delays because of weather are your responsibility. I hold the right to cancel you hunt, at which time I will refund in full the cost of your hunt. Final payment is due 60 days in advance of the hunt. On many of our hunts, we offer a monthly payment plan.

There was a time when we were able to pay the purchase price for an automobile, that day is gone. Today we make installments. I pass this same opportunity on to you, helping you fulfill a dream of a lifetime!

2. 10% down.
   
3. Maximum time payment plan is 24 months.
   
4. All hunts must be paid for in full before departure.
   
5. If less than 50% of the hunt has been paid for and you miss payments, you could forfeit what you have already paid. There are no interest charges, however, there is a small handling fee.
   
6. Money is non-refundable. If you are not able to go in sum cases you or we can find a replacement or if the outfitter will approve you can transfer it to the following year. You may have to pay a price increase.
